What We Do
Match the shocks
A shortened shock for a shortened ride height. This is the part most cheap drops skip.
Check the driveline
Big rear drops change pinion angle. Left alone that becomes a vibration you can never chase down.
Align it after
Non-negotiable. A dropped truck out of alignment destroys tires fast.
What We Will Not Do
Cut springs
It gives an uncontrolled ride height and a spring that can unseat. We will not do it on a customer vehicle.
Drop past what clears
If the tire you want will not fit at the height you want, we will say so before you spend the money.
Skip the alignment
It is included for a reason. We would rather you keep your tires.

Lowering Kit Questions
How much does a lowering kit cost in Mansfield?
It depends on the vehicle and how far down you want to go. A 2/4 drop on a C10 and a spring set on a sedan are different jobs with different parts. Call (817) 778-4800 or send the form and we will quote the whole thing installed.
Will lowering my truck ruin the ride?
Not if the shocks are matched to the new ride height. Most bad-riding lowered trucks are running factory-length shocks that are topped out, which we replace as part of the job.
Do I need an alignment after lowering?
Yes. Dropping a vehicle throws camber and toe out, and the symptom is the inside edge of a new tire wearing away in a few thousand miles. Every drop we fit is aligned before it leaves.
Can you lower a truck and still keep it drivable daily?
Yes, and most of the ones we do are daily drivers. Tell us it is a daily and we will pick a drop amount and shock package that lives with Texas roads.
Do you do classic trucks?
Yes. C10s and older squarebodies come through the shop regularly. Bring it in and we will talk through what it needs.
